On Sunday, May 28, 2017 Charles “Chucky” Norman Brown was shot while in the front yard of his home at 1921 E. Fifth Avenue in Knoxville. Many words have been used to describe Brown such as energetic, lively, friendly, God-fearing, and loving. Sadly, one more word is used when talking about Brown and that word is “mystery,” his family and friends wonder to this day who killed Chucky.
Daughter, Haley Hill is hopeful that with East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers those who know what happened and who killed her father will come forward. Hill says, “these last four years have been difficult. He was nice to everyone. I don’t see how anyone could hurt him.”
Brown was survived by his father, two daughters, Haley and Tesla, and several siblings, nieces and nephews. If you have any information regarding the murder of Charles “Chucky” Norman Brown you are urged to REMAIN ANONYMOUS and Submit a Tip to East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers online at www.easttnvalleycrimestoppers.org or via the P3 TIPS app. If your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a CASH reward.
