The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department received notification Friday (May 21, 2021) one of their inmates is an out of state fugitive. Officers say 33-year-old Phillip James Myers is wanted by the Michigan Department of Corrections for a parole violation with full extradition. Myers remains incarcerated until Michigan authorities can come pick him up.
