POLICE: INCIDENT INVOLVING KNIFE LANDS REAGAN IN JAIL FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Crossville police recently responded to an incident at the Speedway on West Avenue. The report released today states officers reviewed video surveillance of two males entering the store together followed by tattooed man who displayed a knife towards the pair. The suspect, 28-year-old Caleb Chase Reagan of Crossville, then fled the scene in a vehicle. He was found at a residence on Pinewood Drive. Reagan claimed the men came after him and that is when he allegedly brandished the weapon. A check revealed an active warrant for theft of merchandise for Reagan. He was arrested for two counts of aggravated assault and taken to jail.
