Kirk Douglas Clark, age 35, appeared in Cumberland County Criminal Court today facing charges including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, aggravated burglary and theft.
Back in January 2019, law enforcement responded to a shooting at 8610 Cherokee Trail. They found three wounded. Linda Damewood died from injuries sustained and 63-year-old Andrew Schan and 73-year-old Ellen Cairns, were hurt. Clark and his wife, 35-year-old Doneal Marie Clark, were both arrested.
Doneal Clark was sentenced earlier this month to life in prison with the possibility of parole for felony murder in her role in the incident. She also received two 25 year sentences on two counts of attempted first-degree murder to serve concurrently.
In court today (February 22, 2021), the judge set the next court appearance for Kirk Clark for April 23, 2021.
