A disturbance at a home on Hidden Hollow Road in Cumberland County Friday resulted in an arrest. Deputies went to the residence to a report of 52-year-old Melinda Faye Farr of Covington, Georgia being banned there. She fled the scene and officers were able to track her footprints in the snow but lost the trail. They learned Farr was picked up and taken to a mobile home on Highway 68. She was charged with domestic assault, evading arrest, criminal trespassing and theft after she reportedly took a radio without permission.
