Funeral services for Glenda Bilbrey, age 61, Of Cookeville, formerly of Crossville, will be conducted Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Goff Funeral Home in Monterey. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Livingston.
She was born July 23, 1959 in Crossville to the late Domer Bowman and Frances Lee Dishman Bowman Fletcher of Mayland.
Mrs. Bilbrey passed away February 16, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was a paralegal currently serving as deputy clerk at Putnam County Clerk And Master office. She had previously worked with various attorney offices. She was a member of Muddy Pond Independent Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, Frances Fletcher Of Mayland, she is survived by her husband: Roger Bilbrey; sisters and a brother-in-law: Janice Bawgus Of Crossville, Wanda and Jim Keagle Of Cookeville, and Jennifer Bowman of Chattanooga; brothers and a sister-in-law: Delmer and Kellie Bowman of Baxter, Tennessee and Terry Bowman Of Algood, Tennessee; brothers/sisters-in-law: Betty Beard Of Rickman, Tennessee, Debbie Conner Of Livingston, Tommy Bilbrey of Crawford, Rick and Brenda Bilbrey of Livingston, and Danny Bilbrey Of Crossville; a host of nieces and nephews; and “her dog sweet baby” Oreo. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister: Belinda Bowman; brother: Gary Bowman; stepfather: Ralph Fletcher; and mother-in-law: Gracie Norris Bilbrey Ledbetter.
