BODY OF MISSING MONROE COUNTY BOATER RECOVERED

Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency officers recovered the body of 62-year-old William Frazier Junior from the Notchy Creek in Monroe County yesterday. Authorities initially responded to a call regarding a subject who fell out of a boat. Witnesses heard calls for help, saw a boat adrift and an individual struggling. Bystanders attempts to rescue him were unsuccessful. The incident remains under investigation.
