Starting December 1, 2020, the City of Crossville will be launching software to manage all permitting and inspections. The software is an online-based program called “My Government Online” (MGO). On December 1, 2020, the city will be accepting online permits through MGO. You can still apply in person for a permit. However, whether you apply online or in person, you will need to create an account on My Government Online. The website can be found at this link: https://www.mygovernmentonline.org/
