The following is from today’s Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 report:

STATE OF TENNESSEE – 45,270 active cases in Tennessee out of 325,201 total cases.

  • 279,931 recovered (up 3,434 from yesterday)
  • 4,048 died (up 53 from yesterday)
  • 1,982 are currently hospitalized (up 60 from yesterday)
  • 4,177,684 tested (up 23,974 from yesterday)

BLEDSOE – 36 active remaining cases (down 5 cases from yesterday) out of 1,118 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday), 4 fatalities, 10,139 negative tests

CUMBERLAND – 344 active remaining cases (down 6 cases from yesterday) out of 2,254 total cases (up 30 cases from yesterday), 34 fatalities (up 1 from yesterday), 31,546 negative tests.

FENTRESS – 92 remaining active cases (up 1 case from yesterday) out of 1,110 total cases (up 10 cases from yesterday), 19 fatalities, 6,813 negative tests

OVERTON –  100 remaining active cases (up 4 cases from yesterday) out of 1,440 total cases (up 9 cases from yesterday), 34 fatalities, 9,804 negative tests

PICKETT – 36 active cases (down 3 cases from yesterday) out of 347 total cases (up 2 cases from yesterday), 12 fatalities, 1,925 negative tests

PUTNAM – 520 remaining active cases (up 5 cases from yesterday) out of 5,505 total cases (up 53 cases from yesterday), 74 fatalities (up 1 from yesterday), 43,782 negative tests
