FUGITIVE WANTED BY RHEA COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTED

A fugitive on the run for about a month was captured last night in Rhea County.  Authorities took Stevie Randall Travis into custody without incident. He faces numerous offenses including felony reckless endangerment, aggravated burglary, evading arrest and two counts of theft of property. Travis has additional warrants in Rhea County dating back to 2018. He is also a person of interest in several theft and burglary cases in northern Hamilton County.
