The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for the entire state of Tennessee. The warning goes into effect at 12:01 a.m. tomorrow morning (Monday, November 2, 2020) and is set to expire at 8 a.m. Below freezing conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
