A severed finger found at a crime scene in the Marlow community of Anderson County yesterday led to an arrest. Law enforcement responded to a report of a stolen log splitter and later learned 50-year-old Hugh John Seeber was dropped off at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Seeber was taken to U.T.
