DURRAH ARRESTED AFTER CHASE NEAR CHARLESTON APARTMENTS IN CROSSVILLE

Crossville police responded to Charleston Apartments late last night to serve a felony warrant on a subject. They encountered 24-year-old Martez Desean Durrah standing outside who ran once he saw authorities approaching. Durrah went into a wooded area, down an embankment and jumped into a creek. The suspect then surrendered to law enforcement. A search of Durrah reportedly revealed 17 grams of marijuana. He was transported to the Cumberland County jail.
