A fugitive wanted by authorities in Cumberland County, Kentucky was arrested in Cumberland County, Tennessee Monday. Court official say 48-year-old Randall Wayne Bartley of Crossville was being sought on a warrant for violation of bond conditions regarding seven pending charges out of the Bluegrass State. Bartley was taken to the jail in Crossville and initially placed under a quarter million dollar bond.
