The deaths reported from the Tennessee Department of Health is from COVID-19 or complications from the coronavirus.

The following is from today’s Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 report:

TENNESSEE – 21,889 active cases (DOWN 957 cases from yesterday) in Tennessee out of 218,829 total cases (UP 1,147 cases since yesterday)

  • 196,940 recovered (up 2,104 from yesterday)
  • 2,797 died (up 23 from yesterday)
  • 1,068 had to be hospitalized (up 12 from yesterday)
  • 3,215,401 tested (up 13,694 from yesterday)
