While performing a security check at Lantana Road Baptist Church just after midnight this morning, Crossville police noticed a motorcyclist without a helmet operating it recklessly. The rider, 23-year-old Joseph Patrick Harrigan of Crossville, led authorities on a high speed chase in excess of 100 miles per hour at times. The pursuit went into Bledsoe County where Harrigan eventually ran out of fuel. He was taken into custody for evading arrest.
