CHILDREN INJURED IN VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN EASTERN WHITE COUNTY

A vehicle accident last night (Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020) on Highway 70 in the Bon Air community left several injured. Trooper Gavin Sullivan says a 2009 Honda Odyssey driven by 24-year-old Ashley Easter of White County was traveling west when she ran off the road, went down an embankment and hit rocks. The impact resulted in the vehicle rolling over. Easter sustained minor injuries and was charged with DUI. She was also given multiple reckless endangerment offenses after four children ranging in ages of 6 months to 8-years-old were hurt in the crash.
