EVANS DELK ENTERS PLEA TO DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE CAUSING DEATH IN PICKETT COUNTY

The district attorney’s office in Livingston says 62-year-old Holly Evans Delk entered a plea in Pickett County Court Wednesday (September 2, 2020) to allowing dogs to run at large resulting in death. Bessie Jill Peterson, age 88, was attacked by multiple canines early last year on Evans Lane resulting in fatal injuries. Delk will be sentenced in criminal court November 12, 2020.
