HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL GAMES SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, AUG. 28 MOVING TO THURSDAY, AUG. 27, 2020

In anticipation of what should be Tropical Depression Laura moving through Tennessee Friday (Aug. 28, 2020), several high school football teams will play tomorrow night.

Here is a rundown of the games now set for Thursday, August 27, 2020:

Clay County @ Stone Memorial (7 p.m.)

Wartburg @ Harriman (7 p.m.)

Powell @ Anderson County (7 p.m.)

Walker Valley @ Bradley Central (7:30 p.m.)

Bledsoe County @ East Ridge (7:30 p.m.)

Livingston Academy @ Cookeville (7 p.m.)

The Cumberland County Jets will have a special Saturday game (August 29, 2020) on the road at White County.

As of noon eastern time today (Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020), the Rockwood home game for Friday night is still on as scheduled.

The Kingston Yellow Jackets will not have a game for the next two weeks because of the COVID-19 situation.
