It was another one of those summer days where one area just stays dry and sunny and the next County gets flooding. Parts of Roane County picked up 2 to 3 inches of rain Sunday evening from a storm while other parts of these Tennessee remained dry. Monday and Tuesday will be partly cloudy and humid with high temperatures in the mid-80s and a 30% chance of a pop-up storm. Chances could go up later in the week depending on the path of hurricane Laura which could bring us some showers beginning late Wednesday and I will keep you posted. It currently looks like we will have at least a 50% chance every day from Wednesday through Saturday. Lots of tropical air coming up from the Gulf into Tennessee so it will be a very warm and humid week. We now begin our last month of summer so enjoy because I will be talking about Frost before you know it.
