The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle accident yesterday in Cumberland County. Troopers say a 2014 Dodge Ram driven by 23-year-old Steven Bucher from Cookeville was traveling east at the 315 mile marker when he lost control in a heavy rainstorm. The vehicle left the road and struck a tree. Bucher was restrained and not injured. Officers remind motorists to slow down when it is raining.
