The report states a 2005 Buick LeSabre driven by 30-year-old Vincenzo Rosello of Knoxville lost control at the 68 southbound mile marker, struck a sign and an embankment contacting a culvert. The vehicle went airborne resulting in Rosello and two passengers, 55-year-old William Wright and 20-year-old Ian Wright, both of Knoxville, all being ejected. William Wright died in the accident.
