ONE KILLED IN VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN MORGAN COUNTY

(Follow-up story) – One person lost their life in a vehicle accident on Highway 62 in Morgan County yesterday. Troopers say a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic driven by 84-year-old Edward Wilkinson of Lancing lost control, crossed the center line and struck a tractor-trailer operated by 39-year-old Michael Beach of New Tazewell. The Chevy came to rest underneath the tractor-trailer. Wilkinson passed away from injuries sustained. Beach was not hurt.
