A warrant was issued for a Grandview man yesterday in Cumberland County following a theft. Deputies responded to a home on Mary Lane off of Happy Top Road after an ATV was taken. An investigation led officers to identify the suspect, 24-year-old Jeffery Willis Flynn, who was spotted with the ATV on Jolly Road. It was later recovered behind a residence on Edith Hammons Road. Flynn fled the scene on foot. As of 11 a.m. this morning (July 9, 2020), authorities are searching for Flynn on a charge of theft over $1,000.
