BREAKING NEWS – Country music singer Charlie Daniels died this morning at a Tennessee hospital after suffering a stroke. He was 83 years old. Daniels was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Musicians Hall of Fame, as well as a member of the Grand Ole Opry. He was known for his signature song “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” His funeral arrangements will be announced later this week.
