The following is from today’s Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 report:

TENNESSEE – 12,035 (up 427 cases from yesterday) active cases in Tennessee out of 35,102 total cases (up 656 cases since yesterday)

  • 23,067 recovered (up 229 since yesterday)
  • 526 died (up 2 from yesterday)
  • 2,291 had to be hospitalized (up 25 since yesterday)
  • 685,381 tested (up 10,280 since yesterday)

ANDERSON – 22 active remaining cases (down 2 cases from yesterday) out of 74 total cases (same as yesterday), 2 fatalities, 6,654 negative tests

BLEDSOE – 3 active remaining cases (same as yesterday) of 613 total cases (same as yesterday), 1 fatality, 3,587 negative tests

CLAY – 5 active case (same as yesterday) out of 13 total case (same as yesterday), 618 negative tests

CUMBERLAND – 29 active remaining cases (up 5 cases from yesterday) out of 142 total cases (up 5 cases from yesterday), 5,906 negative tests, 3 deaths (the 3 is subtracted from the active for an accurate count remaining)

FENTRESS – 4 remaining active cases (same as yesterday) out of 15 total cases (same as yesterday), 1,181 negative tests

KNOX – 204 remaining active cases (up 6 cases from yesterday) out of 656 total cases (up 18 cases from yesterday), 5 fatalities, 28,249 negative tests

LOUDON – 44 remaining active cases (same as yesterday) out of 232 total cases (up 2 cases from yesterday), 1 fatality, 3,384 negative tests

MCMINN – 35 remaining active cases (down 1 case from yesterday) out of 173 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday), 15 fatalities, 3,626 negative tests

MEIGS – 6 remaining active cases (up 1 case from yesterday) out of 31 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday), 814 negative tests

MORGAN –  4 remaining active cases (same as yesterday) out of 22 total cases (same as yesterday), 1 death, 3,598 negative tests

OVERTON – 5 remaining active cases (same as yesterday) out of 42 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday), 1,836 negative tests

PICKETT – 0 active case (same as yesterday) out of 4 total (same as yesterday), 440 negative tests
