HARGIS ARRESTED AFTER REPORTEDLY PULLING KNIFE ON MAN IN CROSSVILLE

Police officers in Crossville were recently dispatched to Hardee’s on West Avenue for a man armed with a knife. An individual told authorities 30-year-old Jonathan B. Hargis of Crossville came out of the restaurant and allegedly threatened him. The victim stated Hargis reportedly pulled a large knife during the altercation. Officers later found Hargis at a residence on Highway 70 North. He was arrested for aggravated assault and taken to jail.
