Crossville police recently arrested a fugitive from justice. Officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 37-year-old Scott Curtis Cook for having prior knowledge that Cook did not have a valid license. However, a check revealed he was wanted in South Dakota for burglary with full extradition. Cook was taken to the Cumberland County jail.
