Crossville police went to a report of a disturbance at an apartment on Webb Avenue Sunday. The report states 32-year-old Jeremy Edward Mathis Brown, listed as homeless, came to the door and asked a female inside if he could stay there. When he was told no, Brown allegedly pushed his way into the residence. The victim called 911 and Brown threw a tote full of his clothes at her. He then ran outside and fled the scene in a vehicle. Warrants were signed for his arrest.
