An off-duty Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency officer was involved in an accidental shooting while turkey hunting in Campbell County yesterday. The incident happened in the North Cumberland Wildlife Management Area. One of the victims was taken to the hospital while the other drove himself to U.T. Medical Center for treatment. Both were later released. The shooting is under investigation by the TBI and no additional information was initially released.
