TWO ESCAPE INJURY IN VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON HIGHWAY 127 NORTH IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Highway 127 North at Rector Road Sunday. The report released today says a 2003 Mazda Protégé driven by 18-year-old Payton Luke Christian of Sparta collided with a vehicle operated by 20-year-old Jimmy Darrell Lee Chaney of Crossville. Both men escaped injury. Chaney was charged with failure to yield.
