The Tennessee Department of Health said in their report released this afternoon there are 7,070 total confirmed cases of coronavirus in the state. Officials say as of today (April 19, 2020), 148 died, 724 are hospitalized and 3,344 recovered.

The Tennessee Department of Health defines “recovered” as people who (1) have been confirmed to be asymptomatic by their local or regional health department and have completed their required isolation period or (2) are at least 21 days beyond the first test confirming their illness.

ANDERSON – 16 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday) of which 12 recovered = 3 remaining active cases, 1 death, 548 tested

BLEDSOE – 9 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 5 recovered =  4 remaining active cases, 1,000 tested

BLOUNT – 46 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 41 recovered =  5 remaining active cases, 3 fatalities, 641 tested

CLAY – 5 total case (same as yesterday) of which 1 recovered =  4 remaining active cases, 178 tested

CUMBERLAND – 57 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 23 recovered = 34 remaining active cases, 956 tested

FENTRESS – 4 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 1 recovered = 3 remaining active cases, 152 tested

KNOX – 194 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 138 recovered = 56 remaining active cases, 4 fatalities, 3,108 tested

LOUDON – 22 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday) of which 17 recovered =  4 remaining active cases, 318 tested

MCMINN – 6 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 4 recovered = 2 remaining active cases, 510 tested

MEIGS – 3 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 2 recovered = 1 remaining active case, 89 tested

MONROE – 10 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 6 recovered = 4 remaining active cases, 1 fatality, 272 tested

MORGAN – 5 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 5 recovered = 0 remaining active cases, 123 tested

OVERTON – 7 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 4 recovered = 3 remaining active cases, 436 tested

PICKETT – 0 cases (has not seen a case since outbreak started), 51 tested

PUTNAM – 95 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 40 recovered = 55 remaining active cases, 2 fatalities, 1,018 tested

RHEA – 2 current case (up 1 case from yesterday), 257 tested

ROANE – 8 total cases (same as yesterday) of which 7 recovered = 1 remaining active case, 441 tested
