The report states 29-year-old Michael Adam Howard of Crossville got a ride with 31-year-old Brandon Scott McDonald and another male. Howard claimed McDonald made a movement toward him armed with a bat while in the vehicle. Howard then reportedly brandished a knife and stabbed McDonald. Howard then got out of the vehicle and ran into the store. Howard was charged with aggravated assault. McDonald was able to tell police he was stabbed for no reason. McDonald was transported to U.T.
