ONE REPORTED HURT IN HIGHWAY 70 EAST VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

One person was injured in a two vehicle accident in Cumberland County this morning. Trooper Justin Mote says a 2010 Toyota Tacoma driven by 27-year-old Andrew Ingram of Crossville was traveling east on Highway 70 at Deep Water Road and struck a 2018 Freightliner in the rear operated by 23-year-old William Brock of Sparta. Brock was stopped on the highway for utility crew work. Ingram was injured in the crash and charged with violation of the hands free device law, failure to provide insurance, failure to exercise due care and not wearing a seatbelt.
