Deputies in Cumberland County recently stopped a vehicle on Breckenridge Drive for a busted tail light. A check of the driver’s license of 35-year-old Benjamin Lane Reece of Crossville revealed he was wanted by Bledsoe County authorities. Upon the officer informing Reece he was wanted, Reece allegedly sped off. He stopped in a driveway on Ashford Drive, jumped out of the vehicle and was apprehended. Deputies reportedly found a bag of meth and two glass pipes on Reece. He was charged with felony possession of meth, evading arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
