A Crossville police officer reportedly observed a drug exchange this past weekend at a market on Sparta Highway. A probable cause search of the vehicle allegedly revealed meth. Authorities arrested 52-year-old Louis Michael Irizarry of Crossville and charged him with felony possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
