Early voting starts today (Wednesday, February 12, 2020) for the March 3 Presidential Primary and County Republican Primary and will end February 25, 2020.

In Cumberland County, you can cast your ballot early at the election commission office across from the old courthouse on Main Street in Crossville. The Cumberland County Election Commission will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Citizens in Roane County can vote early at the Rockwood, Harriman or Kingston Community Center as well as First Christian Church on Gum Hollow Road Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. eastern and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. eastern.

There will be no early voting Monday, February 17, 2020 because of Presidents’ Day.

State law requires polling locations and the area within a 100-foot boundary surrounding each entrance to remain campaign-free zones. This includes the display or distribution of campaign materials and the solicitation of votes for or against any person, party or question on the ballot in these areas.

Tennesseans voting early or on Election Day should remember to bring valid photo identification with them to the polls. A driver’s license or photo ID issued by the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, by Tennessee state government or by the federal government are acceptable even if they are expired. College student IDs are not acceptable.
