IDENTITY OF BODY DISCOVERED IN OUTBUILDING IN CROSSVILLE RELEASED

The identity of a man found deceased in Crossville last Friday afternoon was released this afternoon by the police department. Officers and medics responded to the residence on the 100 block of Pinewood Drive after the body of 66-year-old Billy Fletcher, Jr. was discovered in an outbuilding. Initial reports indicate Fletcher was recently homeless and was staying in the outbuilding unknowing to the homeowner. Detectives say an initial cause of death was attributed to a heart attack.
