A Roane County woman is facing her 15th arrest for shoplifting, this time at Walmart in Rockwood. Officers say 41-year-old Tiffany Laura Edwards of Rockwood has been charged after theft incidents at Walmart locations in North and South Carolina in the past. In the latest incident at the Rockwood Walmart, Edwards allegedly took items then ran out of the store. Officers arrived just as Edwards came out from behind Burkes and was walking on the sidewalk. Edwards was taken into custody and transported to the Roane County jail.
