Cumberland County deputies went to a residence on Dunbar Lane this week for a possible runaway juvenile in the home. The report states 19-year-old Gustavo Trejo of Crossville opened the door when deputies knocked and officers noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. The runaway juvenile was located inside and taken into custody. A consent search of the residence revealed digital scales, firearms and just over 164 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. Trejo was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm while committing a felony and tampering with evidence. A second subject in the home, 20-year-old Zach Austin Denton of Crossville, was arrested for tampering with evidence.
