Crossville police responded this week to Woodmere Mall for a man reportedly chasing a vehicle armed with a knife. The report states 48-year-old Frank Henry Quince of Crossville allegedly pulled the weapon on a subject at the skating rink. The victim was able to get inside of a vehicle and leave only to have Quince chase him around the parking lot still armed with the knife. Police found Quince sitting on a table next to Dairy Queen and took him into custody. Quince was arrested for assault.
