CROSSVILLE MAN ONE OF 5 HURT IN FATAL VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN KENTUCKY

A fatal vehicle accident in Pulaski County, Kentucky Friday night left a Cumberland County, Tennessee man and four others hurt. Deputies say the accident happened near Somerset when 20-year-old James Oliver of Crossville crossed the center line and hit a vehicle operated by 81-year-old Milton Brock of Crab Orchard, Kentucky. Brock passed away from injuries sustained. Two passengers in the vehicle Oliver was driving, 22-year-old Eric Peek and 20-year-old Olivia Stone, both of Sparta, were injured. Two passengers in Brocks vehicle, 52-year-old Brenda Griffin and a 6-year-old child were hurt. The crash is still under investigation.
