ROCKWOOD CITY COUNCIL ASKING TVA FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LAND AT TOM FULLER PARK

///

The Rockwood City Council is once again requesting TVA to allow the city to pursue development along the waterways at Tom Fuller Park and surrounding parcels inside the city limits. The request will show TVA the city is on board with a developer and wished to use the TVA owned lakefront for investments in a marina, RV park, and a restaurant. The city council in 2010 annexed the area in hopes of seeing a major project move forward but TVA denied the use at that time.
