The Rhea County Sheriff’s Department is mourning the loss of one of their own. Deputy Sgt. Kenneth Stout battled cancer for over four years. Stout passed away today after a heroic fight. The sheriff’s department says Stout will be remembered for many great things, but especially for his impeccable strength. They ask to keep Stouts family in your prayers. The sheriff’s department ended their comments with “Kenneth, you will always be in our hearts. Go rest easy 125, we’ll take it from here.”
