Cumberland County deputies responded to a home on Findley Road Sunday night to serve a warrant. Officers encountered the suspect, 58-year-old Michael Arzo Potter, and a consent search of the home reportedly revealed drugs, a digital scale and numerous pipes used to smoke drugs. DCS was also called because of two children residing in the home. Potter was arrested and taken to jail where a container containing meth fell from his waist band inside the facility. Potter was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance, simple possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and introducing contraband into a penal institution.
