The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service took a wanted fugitive into custody this week. Officers went to a home on Oak Lawn Drive in the Pine Orchard community to arrest 31-year-old William Davis McCluen. Meth and pills were allegedly found on McCluen at the time of his capture. McCluen had more than 30 active arrest warrants from Morgan, Cumberland, and several in Roane County after he reportedly tried to run over an Oliver Springs police officer last month.
