Crossville police responded Tuesday to Walmart to a male subject that had been in the store for a few hours opening packages and closing them. Officers encountered 36-year-old Jessie Jackson Henry of Rockwood who reportedly took silver paint from the paint department and was huffing it. The arrest report states Henry, who had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet, had silver paint on his hand. A search of Henry allegedly revealed pills. Henry was charged with possession of drugs and public intoxication.
