A Crossville individual wanted by authorities was arrested  recently in an unusual way. The report states 34-year-old Joshua Matthew Norton called authorities to report a structure fire in the area of East First Street. Police made contact with Norton about the claim. A check revealed Norton had active warrants for failure to appear in court on two counts of aggravated domestic assault and domestic assault. Norton was taken to the Cumberland County jail.
