CROSSVILLE POLICE RESPOND TO SUSPICIOUS PERSON REPORTEDLY TAMPERING WITH VEHICLE

Crossville police went to the back parking lot of McDonald’s on Main Street recently for a suspicious person reportedly tampering with a vehicle. Officers encountered 29-year-old Joshua Jonathan Harper of Crossville who allegedly dropped what was in his hands and took off running towards Livingston Road. He was caught a short time later. Harper was charged with resisting arrest and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
