Morgan III of Friendsville was traveling east when he crossed the center line and struck an oncoming 2005 Cadillac operated by 57-year-old Henry Willis III of Rockwood. Willis and two passengers in his car, 59-year-old Regina Pryor of Knoxville and a 17-year-old juvenile from Knoxville, were injured. Morgan, who was not hurt, was arrested for DUI, felony possession of meth with intent to sell, driving on a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
